As one of the 7 selected companies, Ygl were invited to join the Exhibition on Complaints Handling Software organized by Efficiency Unit of the HKSAR Government which was held on 30 October and 2 November 2009. Over 600 frontline staff, senior and middle managers from 54 government departments visited the exhibition and had chances to see our live demo of a recent project, Case Management cum Tracking Facility, which we implemented for the Social Welfare Department. Our booth has been very popular and our visitors made inquires on the project and our other solutions.
