是澳大利亚特许会计师协会和马来西亚会计师协会的准会员。
1985年在马来西亚Ernst & Young公司开始了他的职业生涯。
在马来西亚Ernst & Young和澳大利亚Ernst & Young公司工作的7年中,他为不同行业,不同规模的国内外公司提供咨询顾问服务,积累了大量的经验。
1993年,成为Ygl Consulting股份有限的顾问,负责协助Ygl进行流程重组和ERP业务的推广工作。

1986年在马来西亚Price Waterhouse公司开始了他的职业生涯,随后调到澳大利亚Price Waterhouse公司。
在Price Waterhouse公司工作的7年中,他为不同行业,不同规模的国内外公司提供咨询顾问服务。
于1993年加入Ygl Consulting有限公司,负责管理实施咨询业务,带领Ygl开发并推广自主设计的软件产品。
叶先生是Ygl convergence的创始人之一。Ygl convergence是Ygl集团下属的信息技术产业,并于2005年在马来西亚Bursa板块上市。
Ygl Convergence创办的10年来,其市场范围已经从马来西亚扩展至香港及中国大陆。

DATO’ MUHAMMAD FARID BIN HAJI AHMAD
RIDHWAN (DPTJ, PJK)
graduated as a
mechanical engineer with a marketing
degree from the University of
Bristol, United Kingdom. Dato’ Farid
is the founder and director of Farid
Associates Group Sdn Bhd. The said
company comprises of several
subsidiaries that is involved in a
variety of industries, amongst
others, telecommunications, R&D and
a production house. He was
previously a Director of LB
Aluminium Berhad and played a key
role in the listing of the company
on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange
in 2001. Dato’ Farid was awarded the
Anugerah “Usahawan Cemerlang 2001”
by Bank Pembangunan & Infrastructure
Malaysia Berhad.
Dato’ Farid is
the inventor of the Prefix phone,
the world’s first line powered
chip-card based prepaid fixed line
telephone which won PIKOM Computimes
ICT Award “Product of the Year 2004”
and which is the first locally
developed product with 2 patents
already granted. One of his
companies, Alif R&D won the
MSC-APICTA Award 2006 for Best in
Research and Development.
Dato’ Farid is
an Independent Non-Executive
Director of Ygl Convergence Berhad,
a Mesdaq listed company. Ygl is one
of the leading Business Solutions
providers in the Enterprise
Solutions environment in
Asia-Pacific.
Chong Kai Min was
appointed to the Board on 1 June
2005. He is also a member of the
Audit Committee of the Company.
He holds a
Bachelor of Science (Information
Technology and Computer Science)
from the National University of
Singapore. In 1990, he joined
Microsoft Singapore Pte Ltd as one
of its pioneer employees and was
with Microsoft for more than eight
(8) years culminating as the
Regional Marketing Manager for the
Windows Platform. After that, he
served as the Vice-President for
Investment at OptixLab, a Malaysia
venture capital company and he is
currently a Director at I-Futures
Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a business
consulting company.
He has no
family relationship with any
Directors and/or substantial
shareholders of the Company, nor any
conflict of interest with the
Company and has never been charged
for any offence other that traffic
offences, if any, within the past
ten (10) years.
He has
attended all the five (5) Board
Meetings of the Company held in the
financial year ended 31 December
2007.

Steven Lim HOO TECK (C.A. (M), C.P.A., A.T.I.I.)
qualified as an accountant in
1988. He was a straight-passer in
the Malaysian Association of
Certified Public Accountants (now
known as MICPA) examinations and
finished all the three levels within
three years. Steven was also awarded
the Best Performance prize for the
Law II (Company Law) paper.
His accounting
profession began in 1984 as an audit
assistant with Messrs Mustapha Law,
a six-partner auditing firm, where
he served for five years.Having qualified as a
Certified Public Accountant
(C.P.A.), he joined the
international accounting firm of
Price Waterhouse (now known as
PricewaterhouseCoopers)
Kuala Lumpur, where he worked for two years.
He
also has three years experience
working for Coopers Lybrand, Singapore
as an Audit Manager. He is currently
the Managing Partner in his
two-partner audit practice, Messrs
Steven Lim & Associates. During his more than
seventeen years of public accounting
experience, he has handled large
audits of multinational and
public-listed companies as well as
small and medium-sized audits of
companies engaged in trading,
manufacturing, banking, plantation,
hotel, construction, property
holding and service industries. He has also been responsible
for initial public offer (IPO)
assignments, acquisition reviews and
investigations works.
Steven is a member of the Malaysian
Institute of Accountants (MIA), the
Malaysian Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Malaysian
Institute of Taxation. He is
currently a member of the Accounting
& Auditing Committee, Financial
Statements Review Committee and the
Small & Medium Practices Task Force
of MIA. Steven acts as an Adjudicator
for the 2007 National Annual
Corporate Report Awards (NACRA)
competition and a speaker for the
Companies Commission of Malaysia’s
Corporate Directors’ Training
Programme. He is also a member of the
Disciplinary Committee Panel (Lembaga
Tatatertib Peguam-Peguam) pursuant
to the Legal Profession Act 1976.
Steven currently also acts as Independent Director
and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Malaysia
Steel Works (KL) Berhad and as Independent Director
of YGL Convergence Berhad, a main board company and
MESDAQ company respectively, both listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
