MITI Day 2023

On July 30, 2023, YGL actively participated in the prestigious event, MITI Day 2023, held at Midtown Perda, Tasek Gelogor Penang. The event spanned from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and featured a diverse range of activities with the primary objective of facilitating knowledge sharing and interaction between industry professionals, potential job seekers, and the public.

As the Training Centre (TC) of MPC (Malaysia Productivity Corporation), YGL took this opportunity to showcase its cutting-edge Training Program, which focuses on empowering individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in today’s competitive job market. This program is tailored to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving industrial landscape, particularly emphasizing the principles of Smart Manufacturing and Smart Warehouse solutions in the context of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0).

The Smart Manufacturing aspect of YGL’s training program encompasses the integration of advanced technologies, data analytics, and automation to optimize the manufacturing processes. Participants are exposed to the latest innovations in manufacturing, such as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning, which help industries enhance their productivity, reduce operational costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

Moreover, YGL’s Smart Warehouse IR4.0 solution aims to revolutionize traditional warehousing by incorporating digital technologies and data-driven approaches. The training program provides valuable insights into the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking, and logistics optimization through the use of sensors, robotics, and real-time analytics. These advancements not only streamline warehouse operations but also enable businesses to respond efficiently to customer demands and market fluctuations.

During MITI Day 2023, YGL’s experts and trainers engaged with attendees through interactive demonstrations, presentations, and informative discussions. The visitors had the opportunity to learn about the transformative potential of IR4.0 technologies and how they can upskill themselves to stay relevant in today’s digital age.
